Wizard of Oz Over the Rainbow Cotton Fabric Panel

Here is a great cotton fabric panel by Quilting Treasures from their Wizard of Oz fabric line.  This is a block fabric panel that measures approximately 23 inches by 44 inches.  The large blocks are approximately 15 inches square, the group block in the middle is approximately 9 inches by 8 inches, the surrender Dorothy block is approximately 8 inches by 5 inches and the small blocks along the bottom are approximately 5 inches by 7 inches.  Be sure to check out all the great fabrics and fabric panels Nancy's has to offer from this fabric line.
