Some Frequently Asked Questions of our customers

CUSTOMER CARE
Can I call Nancy's Fabrics for help with my order?  Yes, please do.  Call (304).645.0010 for assistance Monday thru Thursday 10am to 6pm, Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, Closed on Sunday.  All times are eastern standard time.  Or send us an email anytime Email Nancy's

What is the condition of the fabrics in your store?
All products at Nancy's Fabrics are new off the bolt and sold by the yard or fabric panel.

How do I know your site is secure? The Nancy's Fabrics cart is secured by Digicert and all credit card orders are processed by Authorize.net or PayPal.  In addition if you register with our site your credit card information is not kept on file.


ORDERING
Do I have to register with your site to place an order?  No simply press check out and check out without registering.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?  Yes, you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received.  If you do not within a few hours, please let us know.


PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?  MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal,  money order, personal check(all personal checks will be held up to 10 days till processed by Nancy's Fabrics bank).

Do I need to have a paypal account to pay with paypal?  No.  You will be taken to the PayPal screen.  An area says "Don't have PayPal account? Press Continue.  At this point you are asked your billing information.  Again you do NOT need a paypal account to continue your order process.

Who should I make the money order/check out to?  Nancy's Fabrics

When will I be charged for my order?  Immediately upon payment processing if by credit card or PayPal.  If paid by personal check can take up to 12 days before it shows on your bank statement.


DELIVERY
Most packages are shipped within a 24 hour period after payment has been received.  All orders done on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

How long before I receive my order?  Depending on your location most items arrive within 4-7 business days.

What delivery service do you use?  Nancy's Fabrics uses USPS.

Do you deliver to my area?  Nancy's Fabrics delivers to all 50 states(first class or priority depending on the weight) and Canada( priority mail only)

Do you deliver overseas? Overseas Nancy's Fabrics ships to United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Ireland, Europe, Sweden and Australia.  Other countries please email for possible shipment to your country.  All over seas customers need to check for possible custom delays and custom charges.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
  Yes, you will be sent a tracking number and the delivery service for your package.


GENERAL QUESTIONS
Do you take returns and give refunds?
Nancy's Fabrics has a no questions asked return policy if within 14 days of receipt, verified through USPS tracking, you return your purchase.

Nancy's does recommend however that you ship it back via USPS with delivery confirmation.  This is done at www.usps.com.  As soon as we receive your order (in its originally shipped condition), you will receive a full refund less the amount Nancy's Fabrics originally paid for shipping.  Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS.

When do I receive a refund on my return?  Your refund is given once I receive the return and I've had an opportunity to inspect the item.

 PRIVACY POLICY

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for completing the order.  We do not us this information to compile a mailing list nor do we sell the information.  Once your order is shipped, your order information is securely filed for tax return purposes and shredded after 3 years.
